STEPS:
- Cut pandan leaves into thin strips.
- Blend with water to yield panda juice.
- In a mixing bowl, sieve the pandan juice.
- Add sugar and salt, crack the eggs and mix well into mixing bowl.
- Add NACO coconut Cream 200ml and keep on stirring until evenly mix (3 minutes).
- Prepare double boiler, and place the pot over it. (tips: Ensure top bowl is able to fit into bottom pot).
- Stirring continuously over the boiling water until kaya thickens. Reduce flame to moderate for smoother jam texture.
