Pounded / blended paste
3 red chillies, deseeded
2-3 bird’s eye chilies
1 cm dried shrimp paste
1 tbsp dried prawns, soaked
Method
- Heat oil, saute shallots until golden. Push to one side of wok.
- Add pounded paste and AKASA Kerisik, stir until aroma rises.
- Add long beans, rice, kaffirlime leaves, soy sauce and salt.
- Stir well until cooked through then remove.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
